This film represents a manifesto by Rebeca Recatero.
Liberation practices and movements for the body, mind and heart. Yoga is to know oneself as one with all that is. This method introduces challenges in the practice for them to transform us. The invitation is to remain open expressly when difficulties emerge and in that softness a humble awareness naturally arises that makes us relate with compassion to ourselves and all living beings. Yoga teaches us a responsibility to, in some small way, contribute to alleviate that suffering and realign peace and harmony within us all. It is said, after all, that compassionate action is the most advanced practice.
